We collect very little. This page lists all of it: what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
1. Who's responsible
SAAS SEO AGENCY LLC runs affiliatetracking.co and is the controller of the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
Waitlist. When you join the cloud waitlist, we store your email address, the time you joined, the country Cloudflare detects from your connection, and the page that sent you. We use it to email you when cloud opens and about the product. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Purchases. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address and card details. Stripe shares your name, email, country and what you bought with us so we can send your license key, updates and receipts. We never see your full card number.
Emails you send us. If you write to support, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Server logs. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes your IP address and browser details to serve pages and block attacks.
3. What we don't do
No analytics or ad trackers on this site. No cookies set by us. We don't sell or rent your data.
The self-hosted software runs on your server. It checks your license key offline and doesn't send us your data.
4. Who else sees your data
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and waitlist storage.
- Stripe: payments, tax and receipts.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the site's fonts from Google, which sees your IP address.
- Our email provider, for the emails we send you.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the US.
5. Why we're allowed to use it
For EU and UK visitors: we process purchase data to perform our contract with you, waitlist emails with your consent, and logs and fraud checks for our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe. Some records are kept because tax law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails: until cloud opens and you decide whether to sign up, or until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records: 7 years, for tax. Support emails: 2 years after the last message.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA, and we don't sell or share personal information for advertising.
8. Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects data we already hold, we'll email you first.
