Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days. No questions asked.

Self-host ($99 one-time)

If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund the full $99. Just send the email address you bought with. You don't have to give a reason.

We refund to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund, your license key stops working for updates and you agree to stop using the software and delete your copies.

After 14 days

We don't refund after 14 days, unless the law where you live says otherwise. The version you bought keeps working for good, and you get updates for 1 year from the date you paid.

Cloud

Cloud isn't live yet. The waitlist is free. We'll publish cloud's refund terms before we take any payment.
