Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Cloud has a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, and it's charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. One trial per customer. Self-host has no trial, but you get a full refund within 14 days, no reason needed.
What happens after my year of self-host updates?
Your version keeps working for good. You stop getting updates. Updates after that may need a new purchase.
How many servers and brands does one self-host license cover?
As many servers as you control, for your own business. That includes every brand or product your business owns. You can't run it as a hosted service for other companies. Agencies need each client to have their own license.
Do you take a percentage of affiliate revenue?
No. Self-host is $99 once and cloud is a flat monthly price. There's no cut, no per-click fee and no cap on the revenue you track.
What does a self-host server cost?
You pay your hosting company directly. AffiliateTracking runs as one binary with SQLite built in, on Linux, macOS or Windows, so one small server is enough to start.
What happens when the cloud trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, monthly or yearly, and it renews until you cancel. Cloud payments after the trial aren't refunded, including part of a month or year, unless the law where you live says otherwise. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change cloud plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Manage billing in your cloud account. On a downgrade, programs you've already made keep working.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe checkout. Prices are in USD, before any sales tax where it applies.
How do I get a self-host refund?
Email support@affiliatetracking.co within 14 days of paying, with the subject "Refund request". We reply within 2 business days and refund the card you paid with. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days.
