    For the first days, the compare command puts their export next to your data: clicks, new paying customers, commission counts and amounts per currency, with the difference.

  • ?via= links from Rewardful-style URLs route through /r/ once, so old links keep recording clicks.
  • Coupon codes survive the import with their overrides, so coupon-attributed sales keep crediting.
  • Customer bindings from referrals mean renewals keep earning on the new tracker from day one.

Honest limits

Past commissions are read for the review and the daily compare, but never imported into the ledger. Click history does not come over. Rival CSV headers are mapped from common names, so check the review on your real export before you commit.

Switch questions

Do my affiliates have to change their links?

No. Old ?via= style links keep recording clicks, coupon codes survive with their overrides, and customers referred before the switch keep earning you renewals through their bindings.

What happens to my old commissions?

They stay in your old tracker. The import reads them for the review and the daily compare, but never writes them into the ledger. Your ledger starts clean, with full balances from the day you switch.

Can I try the import before paying?

Yes. The dry run is free and writes nothing. Start the cloud switch flow, get your first month free, and run the review on your real export before you commit to anything.

What if something goes wrong after the import?

One command undoes the batch. It removes exactly what the import created and refuses, changing nothing, once money has moved against it. No ledger rows are ever deleted or reversed.

Does the first free month apply to self-host too?

No. The free month is cloud only, and only through the switch flow. Self-host keeps its own deal: $99 once, full refund within 14 days.

How long does a switch take?

The review and import take minutes. Most of the afternoon is pointing your billing webhook and checking the compare for the first days. Or send the export and we do it in 48 hours.
